Reading comes first.

Every class has a weekly library lesson, and every child leaves with a book. Children who read well do better in every other subject, so we protect reading time before anything else.

How we look after each child.

A class teacher who knows them

Every child has one adult responsible for them, who speaks to parents first when something changes.

A school counsellor

A trained adult children can talk to, with parents told early about anything that matters for their child's wellbeing.

A homework club

After school, a quiet room and a teacher help children finish work before they go home.

See it working.

The best way to understand a school is to watch a lesson. Book a tour and we will take you into classes.
